How To Use

Place The Force Pedal under the ball of your lead foot and make your normal swing. No lunging. No forcing. Just press into the ground and feel it push back before the club arrives. Repeat until the movement becomes instinctive. 10 minutes is all it takes to start feeling the difference.

Frequently asked questions

Who created Train4Dynamics?

Dr. Mauro Testa, a biomechanist and patent holder who has spent decades working with professional athletes. Train4Dynamics is the system that came directly out of that research, designed to solve one problem: most training tools give you fragments, not the whole picture of how the body actually uses the ground.

Is Train4Dynamics only for the gym?

No. It comes from sport-specific research, not a gym catalogue. You can absolutely use it in the gym, but the point is transferring what you build there directly to your sport, the same ground reaction control you train on the disc is what you rely on when you play.

How do I train with Train4Dynamics?

Because the disc can rotate, destabilize, and slide, you can vary the stimulus every session: change the surface size, the hardness, or the movement pattern. The goal isn't repetition of one motion, it's teaching your body to organize itself from the floor up, every time.

What is the science behind Train4Dynamics?

It's built on proprioception (your body's ability to sense where it is in space). When the surface under your foot gets smaller, moves, or turns, your body is forced to organize itself instead of parking on a flat, stable plate. That's the skill: not the object in your hand, but how your body learns to press, cut, land, and change direction without leaking force.

Who is Train4Dynamics designed for?

Anyone whose sport starts from the ground (football, tennis, basketball, or general athletic training...). It's also used in clinical rehab settings. Dr. Mauro Testa built it from decades of work with professional athletes focused on two outcomes: fewer injuries and more output. Whether you're an elite athlete or recovering from an injury, the same principle applies: find the ground, stay on it, use it.

What makes Train4Dynamics different from a wobble disc or balance pad?

Most tools isolate one problem: a pad for balance, a disc that wobbles, something that turns, something that slides. Train4Dynamics is one patented piece that combines all of it: reduced surface, instability, rotation, and slide. Instead of collecting a bag of tools that never quite add up, you train the ground the way your body actually experiences it in sport.
