One Tool

3-Dimensional Training

The reduced polygonal surface of the T4D is small on purpose: it was designed around the forefoot, the part of the foot we use most in the technical movements of many sports. It slides, rotates 360° and flips, so you train in instability in three dimensions. Proprioception is the ability of your body to sense where it is and react, and the T4D trains it while you move.

How To Use

The T4D comes with two interchangeable red Force Pedals, one large and one small, each giving a different stimulus. With a pedal attached, place your hands or feet on the T4D. Detach a Force Pedal and you can use it on its own. Train in prone or supine positions, on all fours, half kneeling, standing or with the support of a wall, and feel the biofeedback as you move.

Frequently asked questions

Who created Train4Dynamics?

Biomechanist Dr. Mauro Testa, who has 30+ years of experience, over 330 patents, and was head of biomechanics for the Italian national football/soccer teams. Train4Dynamics came directly out of his work with professional athletes, with one goal: helping them move better and perform at their best. He has dedicated his life to injury prevention.

Is Train4Dynamics only for the gym?

No. It comes from sport-specific research, not a gym catalog. You can use it in the gym, but the point is to transfer what you build there to your sport: the control you train on the T4D is what you rely on when you play.

How do I train with Train4Dynamics?

Because the Train4Dynamics can rotate, slide and create instability, you can vary the stimulus every session: change thepedal size or the movement pattern. The goal is not repetition of one motion, it is teaching your body toorganize itself from the floor up, every time.

What is the science behind Train4Dynamics?

It is built on proprioception (the ability of your body to sense where it is in space). When the surface under your foot gets smaller, moves, or turns, your body is forced to organize itself instead of parking on a flat, stable plate. That is the skill: not the object in your hand, but how your body learns to press, cut, land, and change direction without leaking force.

Who is Train4Dynamics designed for?

Anyone whose sport starts from the ground, from football/soccer, tennis and basketball to Hyrox, running and general athletic training. It is also used by physical therapists/physiotherapists in clinical rehab. Whether you are an elite athlete, getting back to your sport after time out or starting out at any age, the same principle applies: begin with positions on the floor, master them, and build up until you have earned the right to stand.

What is behind the size of the Train4Dynamics?

The Train4Dynamics was designed to be small to reduce the polygon of support, so it trains proprioception the way we actually move: through the forefoot and the first metatarsal, the part of the foot we rely on in sport and everyday life. Its compact size is a bonus too, making it portable and versatile, so you can train almost anywhere.
