The place to work with The Force Pedal is the driving range, not the first tee. Mike Adams does it in this order. First, “dry”: you stay in place, turn back, load, rotate, and feel the vertical, with no ball. Then “ghost swings”: no club, same sequence, go back, shift, then load. Then practice swings with a club. Then you hit shots with The Force Pedal still under the foot. That is how you feel how you use the ground before a score is on the line.
