High Plank Kickbacks With Knee Drives

  • Core Stability

Place both T4Ds in the unstable position, with palms gently over the T4D discs. Then begin in a strong high plank position with shoulders stacked directly over the wrists and the core fully engaged. Perform alternating plank kickbacks by extending one leg behind the body while maintaining a stable pelvis and neutral spine. Transition smoothly into alternating knee drives, bringing each knee toward the chest with control while stabilizing against the increased instability of the pedals. Focus on controlled tempo, full-body alignment, and maintaining core engagement throughout the movement.
