Meet the creator of Train4Dynamics.

Dr Mauro Testa built Train4Dynamics so athletes stop collecting pads and start training the ground they actually play on.

Most tools isolate one problem. A small pad for balance. A disc that wobbles. Something that turns. Something that slides. You end up with a bag of pieces that never quite add up to the ground you play on.

Dr Mauro Testa has spent decades with professional athletes on two jobs: fewer injuries, and more output. He is a biomechanist, he holds patents, and Train4Dynamics is the system that came out of that work. In a short studio film he does not run a drill. He explains why this is one patented piece instead of five tools that do not talk to each other.

The skill is not the object in your hand. When the surface under the foot gets smaller, or it moves, or it turns, the body has to find the ground. In a lab they call that proprioception. In a session it is simpler: you know where you are, so you can press, cut, land, or change direction without leaking force. You feel the ground first. Then you can use it.

That is the method. The benefit is an athlete who is organized from the floor up, which is how you stay available and how you produce.

Testa’s point is that the market already had fragments of this, and not the whole thing. The same contact with the ground can give you less surface under the foot, so you have to find your support. It can be unstable, so the body organizes itself instead of parking on a flat plate. You can change the stimulus, size and hardness, so the work is not identical every session. The disc can rotate on the horizontal plane, so a turn starts from the floor. And it can slide, so the foot can travel without leaving that same idea of ground.

None of those is the product on its own. The product is that they live together. You are not shopping for a wobble disc, a spinner, and a slider hoping they teach the same lesson.

The ground is the same whether you play football, tennis, basketball, or you are coming back from the clinic. You still have to find it, stay on it, and use it. Train4Dynamics comes from that research, not from a gym catalogue. You can use it in the gym. The point is the sport.
